Among the larger projects currently tracked by Lodging Development in Texas is the 1,000-room Circuit of the Americas Hotel & Convention Center, a RIDA Development Corp. project in final planning near Austin. The 900-room Kalahari Resort Allen is in early planning, while the 507-room Loews Americana Hotel - Arlington, developed by Loews Hotels, has advanced into construction. The 301-room JW Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk - IBC Centre, developed by Dimension Hospitality, stands out as a notable luxury addition, though luxury projects represent a small share of the total pipeline.
