BPR Properties LLC is a hotel developer headquartered in High Point, North Carolina. The company, which formerly also managed its own hotels, now concentrates on the development of hotels as well as residential and commercial projects.

Lodging Development is currently tracking at least five projects associated with BPR Properties in various stages of development and delivery, encompassing more than 490 rooms. Among the active development projects, the upscale tier accounts for the largest share, with at least three upscale projects totaling more than 340 rooms. One project is currently in construction — the 116-room Home2 Suites Medical Center in Greenville, North Carolina, an upper midscale property. Additional projects in the pipeline include a Homewood Suites in Jacksonville, Florida, a Residence Inn in Statesboro, Georgia, and the Create 72 Hotel & Condos in Asheville, North Carolina, a mixed-use hotel and condominium development.

Among the projects completed by BPR Properties, Lodging Development tracks at least 21 hotels totaling more than 2,300 rooms. The upscale segment dominates this completed work, with at least 11 properties accounting for more than 1,200 rooms. Upper midscale projects represent at least nine additional completions with more than 880 rooms. The portfolio also includes the 250-room Embassy Suites Charlotte Uptown, an upper upscale property on which BPR Properties served as co-developer. The firm also serves as owner and manager on select projects within its development portfolio.

BPR Properties is active across three states — North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia — with primary market concentrations in Greensboro and Greenville, North Carolina.
