McKibbon Hospitality is a hotel developer headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Founded by Jack McKibbon, who developed his first motel in Gainesville, Georgia, in the 1940s, the company has deep roots in the hospitality industry. In the 1960s, McKibbon was one of Georgia's earliest Holiday Inn franchisees. Today, the firm also serves as owner and third-party manager on properties within and beyond its own development portfolio.
